What You Will Do:

The Product Sales Manager will work closely with internal and external partners including the outside sales, product management, marketing, demand and training teams as well as key distributor and contractor clients. He or she will report to the Americas Sales Director - Water. The Product Sales Manager is expected to act as a liaison between these groups, ensuring the consistent flow of information to and from the company. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving results. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

How You Will Do It:

  • Work with internal functions to achieve yearly revenue targets & goals.

  • Effectively work with clients by gaining VOC from the field on product development and product performance.

  • Conduct analysis of the competition - GTM strategies, product portfolios, and pricing.

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and sales initiatives.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Communicate and assess new product KPIs from launch through product life cycle.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.

  • Monitor and work with the pricing team to align price strategies to current market conditions.

  • Report business forecasts to support supply chain efforts.

  • Become an active participant in industry associations.

  • 25% travel within assigned territory ( Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming).

What We Look For:

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong preference in the fire protection industry.

  • High energy, self-starter with the ability to represent our company with the utmost professionalism.

  • Political savvy across the company organization.

  • Effective, strong communication with Americas Sales Director and internal and external business partners.

  • Thorough understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.

  • Strong business acumen & ability to adapt to company needs on the fly.

  • Must display strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written including proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $110,000 -$150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
