SENIOR CLERK

The Senior Clerk position at Radiology, is an essential position and necessary for day-to-day operation, as this associate performs specific tasks:

• Provides service to Front Desk scheduling, answering phones, upload/faxes/printing of Radiographic images utilizing EPIC and PACS and handling of verification for procedures at the sites
• Collects cash and is responsible for reconciliations.
• Ensure billing and registration information is accurate and entered in EPIC.
• Clear Claim Edits and Charge Review Work queues.
• Performs associated general clerical duties.
• update registration work queue

Education/ Experience Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 2 years or more Front-desk experience in a hospital/doctor environment
• General PC and knowledge with Microsoft Office, Excel, Care link, EPIC, Internet, PACS, Insurance Verification, Medical Terminology, Outlook, US Bank, and Document Scanning Fax, Copier, PC
• Minimum typing skill of 35-50 WPM
• Bilingual - SPANISH preferred.
