Vaco is seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager with expertise in ADP systems to lead our payroll and benefits operations. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time, while also managing comprehensive benefits programs that meet the diverse needs of our workforce. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process using ADP Workforce Now (or other ADP platforms) Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and other offerings Lead benefits enrollment, changes, and annual open enrollment processes Manage and resolve payroll and benefits-related inquiries from employees with professionalism and efficiency Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, benefits enrollments, and deductions Reconcile payroll and benefits data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align payroll and benefits strategies with organizational goals Conduct audits of payroll and benefits processes to ensure compliance and accuracy Prepare and submit all required payroll tax filings and benefits reports Qualifications: Proven experience as a Payroll and Benefits Manager or similar role Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or other ADP payroll systems Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Familiarity with employee benefits administration and relevant laws (e.g., ACA, COBRA, ERISA) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and professional development Supportive and collaborative work environment Vaco values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
