Description - REQUIRS DRIVING The Floating Member Relationship Officer will be based out of the closest Fox location to their home but will be required to travel and support as needed at any of the 22 locations in NE Wisconsin. The primary responsibilities of the Member Relationship Officer role include but are not limited to: Providing members with sound financial guidance for all their consumer lending needs. Evaluate and recommend decisions based on lending policy. Professionally assist members with their needs by opening and maintaining checking, savings, CD and IRA accounts. Building and maintaining long-term relationships to anticipate member's future needs and to exceed their expectations. Flexible availability which will include rotating Saturdays. Proven attention to detail skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of MS office or similar software. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
