Evaluates hardware and software problems and recommends solutions or corrects the problems encountered. Assists with the implementation and coordination of routine Help Desk and Operational tasks. Candidate must be okay handling medical billing questions occasionally. (Microsoft Certifications Needed) A+, Net +, ETC... DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Majority of the calls are for Password Resets (60% of these calls) Nature of other calls include... - Basic Program troubleshooting- programs not working correctly, excel freezing, Emails (Outlook issues) - Ticket Creating (E-Desk) - Taking about 45-50 calls a day during high volume, 35 calls on average. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Provide Help Desk support and technical assistance to end users. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Installs, configures and maintains PC operating systems, network operating systems and related software applications. Log and track all user's requests and support interactions. Provide backup support to the operations support team for the daily operations tasks. Perform routine preventative maintenance on computer systems. Monitor Data Center environment and provide necessary communications on status Assist with the development and maintenance of a knowledge base of support issues Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. This position is scheduled as a Six month contract, at which point the client may offer a permanent opportunity Shift is M-F 8am - 5pm *Skills* Service desk, Help desk, Customer service, Servicenow, Phone support, Troubleshooting *Top Skills Details* Service desk,Help desk,Customer service,Servicenow,Phone support,Troubleshooting *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Customer service skills, oral/written communication, professionalism Reliability will be a top priority when selecting candidates. Must be open to working weekends and their shift for a 40 hour work week. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
