Overview

The Associate Director of HR Reporting and Analytics is responsible for leading the HR data, reporting, and analytics function. This role will drive the strategy and vision for transforming HR data, reporting tools, and analytics capabilities to support business decisions aross Alnylam.

This position is hybrid onsite and will be located in the Cambridge, MA office. Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the strategic vision for HR data, reporting, and analytics to enable data-driven decision making across the business
* Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand data requirements and provide insights through dashboards, reports, and analytics
* Establish an analytics roadmap that aligns with business objectives, and lead technical resources to implement
* Partner with strategic HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to rationalize demand and foster a culture of value-add reporting and analytics
* Establish data governance, processes, and standards for HR data and reporting
* Partner and share practices with data and technology teams across Alnylam, including IT, Development, R&D and G&A
* Stay current with industry practices for HR data & analytics trends and tools

Qualifications

* BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
* 7-10 years of experience in HR data, reporting, and analytics roles with progressive responsibility
* Expertise in data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and data visualization techniques
* Proven ability to lead complex data transformation projects
* Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and data requirements
* Experience with SuccessFactors is preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex information concisely, simply and with clarity through presentations and business reviews
