Genesis10 is seeking a Client Operations Analyst for our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is onsite during training, when training is complete is then a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in the office in our client's Pittsburgh, PA location. This is a six-month contract probable contract-to-hire position. Compensation: $20/hr - $22/hr W2 depending on experience Summary and Responsibilities Assist multiple Operations teams who support Investment Management, Banking and Loan products though out the life of an account. The functional work performed supports processes related to Account Openings, KYC, Securities Processing, Various Cash Activities, Fees, Tax, Mortgage and Loan Origination/Advances/Payments, Deposits, Accounting, Reconciliations, Records Management and Account Closings. * Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes Document management including scanning, filing, vault maintenance Processing of incoming and outgoing mail which includes checks, proxies, loan documentation, statements and various client communications. Various project support tasks Required skills Data Entry - 1-2 years Banking or Financial experience - 1-2 years Associate or Bachelor's degree Preferred skills Experience with fiduciary services is a plus If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
