Full Time Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* At least 18 years of age * 6-8 years computer operations background * Experience with the i5/OS, Acquire, Horizon software, DOS, PGP, FTP and FedLine Advantage a plus * Good communication and writing skills * Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy * Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment Job Description
* Schedule, set up, and submit work for computer processing and monitor execution of scheduled production jobs
* Verify origination totals against control totals * Organize and monitor materials and files for computer processing * Consult with software and hardware venders to solve problems impeding production processing * Maintain activities of vault rotation and archiving * Complete various requests from bank personnel and programming staff directly related to Production area * Perform file transfers * Perform PC uploads/downloads for banking centers * Maintain Imaging Run Books, Prose Books for daily processing * Prepare/coordinate flow of work from shift to shift to ensure continuity * Issue written and oral instructions * Train employees to perform operations job functions * Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements:
