Responsibilities

The Clinical Technology Analytics Engineer role will develop, maintain, and enhance organizational analytics and reporting solutions to enable business goals, objectives, strategy, and promote data-driven decision making. The role will support deliverables of projects, transition deliverables to operational support at the close of project efforts, focusing on in-application reporting. The role will coordinate work efforts with project stakeholders, Technology Services staff, and clinical operators to ensure on time and on budget delivery of analytics and reporting solutions, project, and enhancement work efforts.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare informatics, or a closely related field or 6 years of related work experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience with software engineering tools like SQL, R, Python, Crystal Reports.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with data completing activities such as data modeling, data engineering, designing pipelines, and ETL.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics, visualization tools.
  • Experience with data engineering, data modeling, and data management.
  • Experience with multiple coding languages such as SQL, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, etc.
  • Experience with an ITSM tool.
  • Experience leveraging Agile and/or lean methodologies and principles.
  • Experience coordinating project/enhancement efforts to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data architecture and Azure Databricks.
  • In-depth understanding of rational databases, unstructured data, and integrations.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports, PowerBI, and dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation business practices.
  • Experience in healthcare, including behavioral health.
  • Experience with project management.
