Position Highlights: * Serving children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions * Multi-disciplinary setting with 7 physicians, 3 APPs, 6 Psychologists and 9 Therapists * Fully integrated with MU's academic training and research missions About the Thompson Center The Thompson Center for Autism & Neurodevelopment is a nationally recognized, interdisciplinary center with experts across 15+ clinical subspecialties including pediatrics, psychiatry, psychology, neurology, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, applied behavioral analysis, genetics, and social work. We're currently undergoing an exciting expansion including: * Brand-new 74,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility * Features an adaptive playground, therapy gym, training cafe and group therapy rooms * 1st Intensive Outpatient program in the state * Ability to double our volumes over the next few years to 30,000 visits Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Board certified/board eligible child and adolescent psychiatrist Community Information Columbia offers small-town friendliness with big city features and a high quality of life for people of all ages and interests.
