Your Contribution
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable quality standards; monitor compliance and intervene to address deviations
  • Execute troubleshooting actions; identify root cause and apply appropriate problem-solving methodology
  • Communicate non-conforming issues
  • Place purchase requisitions
  • Perform inventory counts
  • Enter laboratory data
  • Review testing documents
  • Work on projects
  • Write and/or review SOPs, test methods, and laboratory testing summary reports
  • Train new hires
  • Navigate technical issues/problems
  • Complete OOS investigations
  • Maintain all log books
Your Profile
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Prior Quality Laboratory and QC experience, required
  • Basic understanding of computer related tasks, required
  • TWI and problem-solving experience, preferred
  • Satisfy the experience requirements of the Quality Laboratory Technician Levels I, II and III
  • Sound understanding of MS Office
  • Basic mathematics knowledge
  • Understanding of cGMP and ISO, preferred
  • Detail oriented approach; ability to follow directions and instructions
  • Service oriented
  • Positive team approach
  • Effective communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English language
