About the role

As a Services Technician Sr. - W2, you will assist with the installation and configuration of various hardware and software components. We will count on you to collaborate with technology teams and third-party vendors to resolve problems and maintain the infrastructure. Along the way, you will get to:

• Perform on-site technical support and maintenance tasks for data center and IT infrastructure
• Network Infrastructure, network, wireless, camera, and field service
• Provide remote and onsite support for end-users
• Perform regular maintenance and updating tasks such as hardware upgrades, patching, backups
