The Opportunity:The Manager, ACS Strategic Initiatives, leads a team of program managers (PgM) who develop and run pivotal initiatives across Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) and Digital Experience businesses. Partnering with key global team members, this leader will coordinate the development of programs and processes that support innovative customer solution initiatives and actively develop and implement new strategies to serve Adobe customers.
Leading this team requires strategic and tactical approaches to drive programmatic rigor across our organization. This manager must demonstrate standard Program Management methodology ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
What you'll Do:
- Partner with strategy, operations, and field leaders to help build and implement strategic program plans mapped to the organization's go-to-market strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to deliver at the highest quality and intended customer value
- Lead critical cross-functional meetings to align the team, driving agenda and action items, and ensuring relevant insights are widely shared to ensure delivery.
- Act as a primary source of information for the "when" and "how" of the critical initiatives in the portfolio and the overall portfolio itself.
- Work with their team to prepare regular executive-facing readouts of program performance and risks.
- Bring program management rigor and strive for continuous improvement to our program management approach.
What you need to succeed:
- Exceptional leader who is articulate and has ability to navigate ambiguity, and deliver customer-centric results.
- 6+ years of program management and leadership experience in an operations team or running a Program Management Office (PMO) with a proven track record leading large global technology initiatives.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaborator; Inventive problem-solver who can lead and influence with various partners.
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills, and an ability to present to leaders and executives.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading diverse individuals with different experiences, skills, and experience.
- Strong EQ and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with proven experience in program and people management.
- Experience with Project Management Tools (Workfront, Jira, etc) and virtual collaboration tools (SharePoint, Wiki, Miro, etc); Workfront certification a plus.
- Certification in project/program management (e.g., Project Management Institute's PMP) a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $114,600 -- $228,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
