Summary:

The main function of a Business Analyst is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The Business Analyst usually reports to a project manager or director.

Responsibilities:

* Join the Business Operations team within the clients Wallet portfolio

* Manage daily activities of new features launching within Wallet including relevant project management efforts, performance tracking, documentation management, and internal communications (stakeholder management and reporting)

* Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategy and capture business requirements

* Conceptualize and develop solutions such as dashboards and reports to track KPIs and drive business performance / support decision making

* Develop ongoing and ad-hoc executive reports on Wallet performance and present to relevant stakeholders and leadership on trends and opportunities

* Identify, develop and execute on improvements to data analysis and internal processes improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

* BA/BS required

* At least 8+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning, ideally within the mobile, services, or payments space

* Experience developing and managing business and feature performance reports for leadership

* Experience with data analysis, identifying business insights, and developing recommendations for enhanced business performance

* Experience with project management including developing internal information flows and documentation for new projects, stakeholder management, reporting, etc.

* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

* Strong communication and presentation skills including experience presenting to senior executives

* Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems, and navigate large, global organizations

* Ability to work proficiently in technical settings

* Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel (e.g., macros and pivot tables)

* Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.) strongly desired

* Korean language proficiency a plus however, not required
