Salary: $60,000 - $68,000 Shift: Day shift hours (schedule will vary) As a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of a designated area in the warehouse, including managing staff, inventory, materials, equipment, and fulfillment, all while prioritizing customer service. Responsibilities: Assist in hiring, training, developing, evaluating, and supervising warehouse staff Implement and enforce safety, security, and sanitation programs Enforce corporate policies, procedures, and programs Plan and schedule distribution services, including receiving, storing, shipping, and handling returns or damaged products Ensure the warehouse layout meets efficiency and production standards Review, evaluate, and recommend improvements to operational procedures Supervise the performance of warehouse associates Monitor transportation companies for pick-up times and driver service Open or close the facility as needed Qualifications: Four-year degree preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse supervision experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience with forklift operation Familiarity with RF Scanners Our partner company offers a comprehensive benefits package that will be provided to you upon hire.
