Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, counter sales, industrial product sales, customer service, or a related role
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Industrial Sales Representative Tasks

Be the point of contact for customers. Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Manage incoming inquiries. Provide product information. Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and invoices. Collaborate with the production and logistics team. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products. Assist with pricing strategies, inventory management, and order forecasting. Maintain accurate records.

8 AM - 5 PM | $40,000 - $50,000
