You'll collaborate closely with Boards of Directors and lead initiatives that drive results and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative management for multiple communities. Collaborate with Boards to set goals, develop action plans, and implement annual budgets. Safeguard community funds, properties, and assets while ensuring legal compliance. Conduct inspections, address maintenance needs, and secure top-tier vendor partnerships. Process architecture control requests to meet HOA guidelines. What We're Looking For: You have experience managing budgets. Yourorganizational and analytical skills set you apart. You arewell-versed in governing laws like the Wisconsin Condominium Ownership Act You excel in building strong relationships and ensuring clear, actionable communication.
