Director of Critical Care Service Line

• Responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care through a strong commitment to clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft office, business planning, strategic planning, evidence-based practice, budgeting, productivity required, thorough understanding of all healthcare regulatory and compliance measures related to medical surgical hospital based services.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to positively influence and effectively lead others.
• Must be able to show a history of implementing successful quality improvement and efficiency improvement initiative.

Education

• BSN required.
• Master's Degree required or actively working on Master's Degree in a field relative to the position.

Experience

• Five years' experience in area of expertise including a minimum of 3 years' experience in upper level management in a medium to large healthcare facility

Licensure/Certification

• Current Oklahoma nursing license as a registered nurse

Compensation

• $46.35-$75.70/hr based on previous work experience
