Set up, adjust and operate all machines & equipment to perform a variety of fabrication operations on a diversified line of work including, but not limited to, CNC machinery, robotic systems, finishing equipment, engravers, press brakes, and lasers. Handle parts appropriately to maintain required tolerances/finishes after fabrication process is complete. As required by product, perform skilled operations on both stainless and carbon steels for repetitive and custom parts.

Use engineering drawings and models to perform work duties. Create programs utilizing CAM and nesting software, load programs, and operate CNC machinery. Use a variety of precision measuring instruments, templates, and gauges for quality compliance. Check own work, which is subject to final fit, performance, and sample audits.

Observe company safety rules. During production hours, use personal protective equipment as needed. Involves heavy lifting up to 50 pounds. Operate forklift, cranes, and lifting devices for heavier items.

Perform other work as supervisor may require. May be required to set-up and assist machine operators and others assigned to fabrication.
