We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the reliable operation of critical building systems within an assigned maintenance service zone. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and efficient campus environment through handson work with heating, cooling, steam, and hot water boilers, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys variety in daily work, takes pride in troubleshooting complex systems, and values contributing to a missiondriven organization. High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. Some positions may require special licenses or certification(s).

Optional Guidelines: Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the area of assignment may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
