The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. The AHA has two main offices, located in Washington, D.C. and Chicago. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst, Enterprise Project Management Office for our Chicago office. This position is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remote). Starting base salary = $66,000- $82,500- $99,000 (commensurate with related experience). The AHA is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Business Analyst will be a trusted advisor to a wide range of business stakeholders, responsible for liaising between the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), IT and the various business units of the AHA to understand business needs and deliver solutions that improve the quality of business processes, products, and services for the association's members and entities. Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following: * Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine business requirements, document process flows (As-Is / To-Be) for both technical and process-driven solutions. 3 years: *Professional business analyst experience
