Who We Are Looking For

The Learning and Development Manager of Crisis24's IRM-Global Operations Division reports to the Head of Training for the Global Operations Division and is responsible for managing, improving, and sustaining training protocols and methodologies to support the Global Operations Team for the Americas. This role focuses on driving operational excellence through impactful training and day-to-day support for security and medical assistance teams.

Crisis24's global security and medical operations team supports our clients in fulfilling their duty of care and travel risk management requirements, providing them with a range of professional security & medical services for their routine & high-risk travel.

This position is based in Annapolis, MD USA

What You Will Work On

• Collaborate with security, medical, and intelligence subject matter experts (SMEs) to assist in the design and delivery of training in both classroom and video formats.
• Assist the Head of Training to develop and implement a sustainment training program to maintain quality control and service excellence.
• Partner with operations leadership to evaluate and enhance training effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to operations staff, ensuring consistent performance and competency in responding to medical and security-related situations.

What You Will Bring

• A bachelor's degree in international studies, development, training, or a related field, OR 1+ years of experience in emergency response or high-paced communication centers.
• 3+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or in a Learning and Development role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and an aptitude for learning new tools and applications.
• Experience with psychological first aid or similar methodologies is a plus.
