Pay: $25.00/hr - $38.00/hr Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Responsibilities: Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial plumbing systems Troubleshoot and service drain lines, leaks, backflows, water systems, boilers, and other plumbing equipment Install and repair piping, water lines, compressed air lines, drain lines, and process piping systems Assist with outdoor snow removal as needed and collaborate with the electrician for various tasks Complete HVAC equipment and electrical system maintenance Maintain professional communication with the GMT supervisor and customers to ensure service needs are met Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of facility maintenance experience, including at least 4 years of plumbing service and remodel experience Colorado State Plumbing Journeyman License required Valid U.S. driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform various physical tasks Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and ability to read and interpret manuals and safety instructions Backflow certification (preferred) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members Employee Benefits (provided by our partner company): You'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holidays, and flexible scheduling.
