Security Manager, Req. 2188
The Security Manager is responsible for supervisor and direction of all facility security measures levied by the CSA and outlined within NISPOM/DCIDs. ? Conduct secure equipment and classified keying material inventories, inspections and other COMSEC related support and oversight functions ? Administer a Top-Secret inventory and document control program to account for COMSEC equipment and materials ? Conduct inventories per agency policy and reports any discrepancy to government customer ? Courier classified information and author receipts for classified materials ? Ensure Automated Information Systems Security requirements, related to COMSEC duties, are complied ? Ensure proper physical security accreditation has been issued by designated Program Security Officers for supported facilities ? Train personnel in COMSEC procedures and the use of related equipment ? Must be able to provide clear concise communication Education: ? BA/BS in Business, Management, Engineering or Science Preferred Experience: ? Ten years FSO experience preferred, five required ? At least ten years' experience with defense contracting ? Must have a current secret clearance ? Must have a thorough working knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), NISPOM Overprint and DOD JSIG Manual, OPSEC and COMSEC ? Must be a US Citizen | |
