Position Description:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Summer Interns to join our company for the Summer of 2025 (May-August). As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on the CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) Research Project. This is the certification companies that do business with the DOD must have before they can bid on contracts.

You will research and identify:

  • Requirements - current and future
  • What services are currently being offered
  • Who are companies offering them (i.e. competition)
  • What companies are utilizing these services
  • Review CMMC-AB Market Place framework of the effort
  • Recommendation for DT for quals, investments, and offerings

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and tasks within the department
  • Support the team in ongoing projects, providing research, analysis, and general assistance.
  • Attend meetings and assist with preparing reports, presentations, or documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement ideas for specific activities or projects
  • Contribute to administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
  • Perform any other duties or special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree or program at a university or college
  • Strong interest in industry/field, and a desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software or tools

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or work experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation at Decision Technologies, Inc., is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements.
