DCIS is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager - New Product Introduction tomanage the full lifecycle of cloud infrastructure programs for the Microsoft Cloud. Successful candidates will have exceptional capability with program management, strong organizational skills and experience leading culture and change management. This rolerequires someone who has a strategic mindset with a solid understanding of datacenter and hardware development & operational processes. Collaboration, influencing without authority and adaptability across a wide group of stakeholders from senior leaders to individual contributors and support staff are core competencies essential to success in this role. In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.
ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the concept to live phases of new hardware and technologies introduced into the Microsoft Cloud datacenters, ensuring conformance to datacenter, hardware, and operational requirements & specifications.Own and drive programs to ensure datacenter operations teams are enabled to manage new hardware and technologies throughout the hardware and datacenter lifespan.Own and drive the development of new requirements, specifications, documentation, and operational processes needed to scale across the global portfolio of the Microsoft cloud infrastructure.Track, manage, coordinate, and communicate end-to-end program & project schedules & risks across multiple areas and divisional boundaries. Drive accountability with stakeholders on decisions.Partner with SMEs across Datacenter Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Serviceability, Software/Firmware Engineering and Operational teams within CO+I and across the Silicon, Cloud Hardware & Infrastructure Engineering team to incorporate requirements across the new product introduction development processes and phase gatesEnsure CO+I related requirements documents and specifications are updated as datacenter and hardware technology evolves and new concepts are approved.
