The DCIS Strategy & Data team islooking for a Senior Data Scientist to provide deep, data-driven insights into datacenter operations processes and systems that will inform strategy in key areas. Ideal candidates will have technical skill, business domain knowledge, and the ability to explain findings and concepts in plain language to a variety of business stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Exceptional candidates will be able to work in an applied manner from concept through execution and will be able to drive and affect impact with their work. Your work will shape and impact outcomes in a variety of domains within datacenter process, operations, systems, and strategy. ResponsibilitiesExplore and analyze data to supply meaningful insights on a wide range of organizational processes.Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and contribute modeling expertise as a team player.Partner with teams to identify and explore opportunities for the application of machine learning and predictive analysis.Influence across disciplines and teams to ensure we are making data-driven decisions and solving critical problems for our customers.Design, prototype, implement and test descriptive, predictive analytics, forecasting, and causal inference models.Bring relevant data into a central system to create a single version of the truth.Build and deploy visualizations that deliver insights to decision-makers at an array of levels, from executives to front-line staff; Mentor others and stay current with advances in the industry.
