Veterinary Services Manager, Corporate Accounts

Location: This position is fully remote and may reside anywhere in the US, however, candidate must reside within 120 miles of a major city/international airport.

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Account Veterinarian to join our team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key corporate account customers and leadership, to ensure they receive outstanding veterinary support and expertise. The ideal candidate will embody a high level of executive presence and our core values of customer passion, innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, and solidarity.

Responsibilities and Key Duties:

  • Serve as a trusted veterinary resource for corporate account clients, providing technical support and guidance to enhance their understanding and use of Ceva products. Foster strong partnerships to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. Technical Expertise
  • Utilize your extensive veterinary knowledge to interpret complex scientific materials and effectively communicate technical information in a customer-focused manner. Deliver presentations and educational sessions in various formats, including in-person meetings, webinars, and conferences. Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and strategic accounts, to create tailored solutions for corporate clients. Your insights as a veterinarian will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies and product positioning. KOL Management
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders within corporate accounts to promote our products and services. Leverage these connections to enhance Ceva's reputation and influence in the industry. Training & Support
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales and marketing teams, equipping them with the technical knowledge needed to effectively communicate with corporate clients. Act as a mentor and coach to foster team development. Market Insights
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in animal health and corporate account needs. Analyze market drivers and barriers to inform our strategies and enhance the value proposition of Ceva products. Resource Management
  • Ensure the efficient use of resources to support operational goals while responsibly managing expenses. Strive to enhance the overall customer experience by providing timely and accurate information.

Qualifications:

  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with a strong clinical background.
  • 7+ years clinical companion animal practice required - Proven experience in veterinary practice, with a focus on corporate account management or sales preferred. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret scientific data effectively. - Passion for veterinary medicine and commitment to continuous learning and development.

Other:

  • Current and active veterinary license, in good standing
  • A valid US driver's license
  • Willingness and ability to travel for work (50 - 70% of work time travel expected)
  • Occasional weekend and evening work

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel in a plane or car for up to 8 hours per day. Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Additional Requirements:

  • Primary residence must be within 120 miles of an international airport.
  • Ability to work remotely

Travel required:

  • Domestic travel required (estimated at 75%)
