*FULLY ONSITE **Second Shift Opening - 1:45pm-10pm Monday to Friday** | **Everyone usually works one weekend day per month (One Saturday or Sunday per month 8 to 5 PM)*
*Description* oIncidents - Software break/fix oIMACs - Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. oSupport peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers oBasic experience with Active Directory oExperience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office oExperience with deskside support in a medical environment a plus oExperience with ServiceNow oExperience with LogMeIn oTicketing System is ServiceNow oTech walk-up bar at staffed locations *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Resource must have Windows 10 experience As this is a new contract, please expect some changes regarding hours and locations. Might need candidates to be flexible with schedule and hours *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
