Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as anAssociate Electronic Data Exchange Analyst! About the role As an Associate EDX Analyst you will process ongoing file feeds for voluntary, life, and disability benefits. You'll analyze data to find and correct issues, including eligibility and contract rules. A basic knowledge of analytical techniques and ability to advance issues accordingly after data interpretation is needed. The Associate EDX Analyst will be responsible for their own assigned client book which must be managed on a daily basis. Ongoing collaboration with vendors, brokers, and clients is required to ensure file receipt and data accuracy. What you will do
