Job Description: Demand Planner We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for our Performance Products Division at our site located in The Woodlands, Texas to fill an opening as a Demand Planner. Job Scope The Demand Planner is responsible for the overall forecasting process within the 0-3-month time horizon for their assigned product families. This role works closely with both the commercial team, specifically Sales, and supply chain, specifically the Master Planners and Schedulers, to ensure smooth fulfillment of customer needs. Communication of the aggregate demand plan, along with any upside, while helping facilitate any gap closures needed is an integral part of the planning process. Understanding of the assumptions, risks, and opportunities associated with the demand plan along with an understanding of the budget we are aiming for are important.
