A Brief Overview
Under the Senior Vice President of Marketing Supervision, the Traffic and Project Coordinator is responsible for the timely and efficient flow of information and materials through the marketing department. This includes planning and scheduling projects, tracking and reporting progress, managing email distribution lists, keeping track of deadlines, and communicating with stakeholders. The successful candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills and experience with project management software. Other duties to include administrative tasks as requested, social media monitoring, and assistance with reporting. In addition, special projects will be assigned to this role to work on, as deemed necessary.

What you will do



  • Manages the flow of marketing requests, campaign details, and deadlines.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing deliverables and communicates with key stakeholders on progress of assignments.
  • Tracks all marketing campaigns and initiatives by site, including print, online, social media presence, electronic media, and direct mail. Assists in monitoring and reporting on advertising and marketing strategies.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with internal partners, and marketing vendor partners.
  • Assists with supporting resident retention efforts and measures resident satisfaction through online feedback and reporting.
  • Works with community sites to develop resident communications.
  • Upholds al company policies, goals and values.
  • This position requires minimal/rarely driving for the Company using a Personal or Rental vehicle to conduct Company business less than 10% of the time to perform work duties.


Qualifications



  • Associate's Degree In Marketing, Business, Property Management, or another related field Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Property Management, or another related field Preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience performing marketing related activities; customer service skills and project management Required
  • Proficient in standard office software such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email programs, and internet browsers. Additionally, experience working on Photoshop or other graphic design/manipulation software is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Strong and effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with the ability to establish strong working relationships with superiors and peers.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work within specified deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Requires a detail-oriented, independent thinker who can be a part of a team and demonstrates strong attention to detail, and basic knowledge of property management activities.
  • Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.
