Procurement Manager Warehousing and Real Estate

Job Summary: Electrolux Procurement is responsible for sourcing direct and indirect materials and services across the entire Group. It focuses on functional excellence, strong collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, and leveraging global size to ensure the lowest total cost of ownership for materials and services purchased.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee our extensive warehousing footprint and operations as well as our real estate portfolio across supply chain and corporate sites. The successful candidate will be the single point of contact for all warehousing adjacent services, including network studies, reverse logistics and 3PL agreements, as well as responsible for lease renewals, amendments, and new real estate searches via outsourced partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehousing Services:

• Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert for all warehousing services across both inbound and outbound operations.
• Work with Inbound Procurement and Supply Chain on VMI strategy.
• Develop knowledge of distribution options to optimize the warehousing footprint.
• Source 3PL warehouse services and support Supply Chain in defining make-or-buy strategies.
• Source solutions to improve reverse logistics processes.

Process Improvement:

• Scope, map, and implement process improvements for reverse logistics operations.
• Review warehouse and real estate leases and lead contract and pricing negotiations.

Real Estate Management:

• Oversee the full real estate portfolio across all supply chain, corporate, and manufacturing sites.
• Manage lease renewals, amendments, and new real estate searches through outsourced partners.
• Conduct network studies to optimize real estate utilization.

Relationship Management:

• Manage relationships with various suppliers and vendors in the real estate and warehousing space.
• Maintain close and strong relationships with key stakeholders within Supply Chain, Legal, Security and others.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehousing and/or real estate management.
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements and negotiation strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain or vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
