We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Collective Training SME to work out of Offutt AFB, NE.

Essential Duties:



  • Assist the government in the planning, preparation, maintenance/updating, and execution of USSTRATCOM collective periodic training events (e.g., GDs or similar media) to include SLT, NC2 Demonstrations and annual Staff Assessment Visit (SAV) preparation for USSTRATCOM staff, platforms, and subordinate commands.
  • Support planning, preparation, maintenance/updating, and execution of Command mission-related scenarios involving other CCMDs, WHMO, NMCC, Allies, and other Government agencies; to include preparing and updating all training materials and scenarios including administrative data, agenda, scenarios, intelligence, injects, operations orders, messages, data collection forms, and other pertinent information.


Required Qualifications:



  • At least 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following mission areas: Strategic Deterrence/Nuclear Operations (to include USSTRATCOM Command and Control platforms and CJCS/STRAT Emergency actions procedures (EAP); Global Strike; Nuclear force planning; Space; Integrated Missile Defense (IMD); ITW/AA.
  • It is expected that FTEs within this category will possess a variety of competencies across the listed mission areas.
  • Individuals must demonstrate, through positions held or narrative in a qualification summary, a thorough understanding of USSTRATCOM- assigned UCP mission-sets, CJCS and USSTRATCOM EAP and/or thorough knowledge of end-to-end operations and processes from National-level decision making through unit level execution.
  • Team members should have experience with the development, administration and execution of scenario-based training modules.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Prior operational experience at a CCMD, Joint Staff, or Service MAJCOM to include command center/battle staff duties is desirable.


Education/ Certification:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred


Required Clearance: Top Secret/ SCI security clearance.
