Title: LVN Job Duties: The LVN assesses, plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout the facility. These activities will be performed in compliance with Crestwood Behavioral Health Center's mission, philosophy, and policies. The LVN actively participates in and adheres to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives. About the campus: The Crestwood Manor Skilled Nursing facility strives to create a homelike environment for residents. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
