As the MANAGER, SYSTEMS & PROCESS MANGEMENT, support the SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING FAMILY, you will be responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals at FORT WORTH MAIN FACILITY in FORT WORTH, TX.

• Focus will be on Next Generation AI and Machine Learning capabilities.

• Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.

• Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

• lead the development and implementation of innovative supply chain solutions leveraging AI and machine learning technologies, while utilizing your project management expertise to drive successful outcomes.

• Serve as the Global Process Owner for Supply Planning.

• Partner with Global S&OP and Manufacturing planning teams to optimize end to end supply planning execution; measure organizational performance, maintain strategy, process, and systems in alignment with the needs of the Alcon Surgical and Aseptic S&OP Franchises.

• Will drive and own definition, design, implementation, adoption, and ongoing support of the next gen advanced supply chain capabilities.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

• 5 years of relevant experience

• Work Hours - Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (with flexibility depending on business needs)

• Travel: 0 to 20%
