Regional Vice President of Operations - Dialysis

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) to lead and grow our dialysis services in Georgia and North Augusta, SC. In this pivotal role, you'll combine your leadership expertise, strategic vision, and healthcare knowledge to ensure exceptional patient care, foster clinic growth, and deliver financial success.

Travel: Up to 50% to clinics located in Georgia and North Augusta, SC.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide leadership to Clinic Managers across the region, mentoring them to foster team development and deliver measurable results.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and implement strategies to expand our footprint in local markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive clinic and market growth, including expanding home programs.
  • Ensure that every clinic provides the highest quality patient care in alignment with our company's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with Clinic Managers, Program Directors, Medical Directors, clinic teams, and cross-functional leadership to achieve organizational goals.
  • Partner with Clinic Managers and Biomedical department to ensure clinics are survey-ready at all times.
  • Manage clinic financials by creating budgets, addressing variances, and reviewing monthly performance metrics.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining safe and compliant clinic environments.
  • Visit our clinics across Georgia and North Augusta, SC, traveling up to 50% of the time.



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business (Master's preferred).
  • At least 5+ years of healthcare management experience (dialysis experience a plus).
  • Strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and financial acumen.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
