Graduate Nurse for May 2025 Graduates

Graduate Nurse under Supervision of Assigned RN Preceptor will perform the following:

• Performs care requiring substantial specialized knowledge, judgement and nursing skills based upon the principles of psychological, biological, physical, and social sciences in the application of the nursing process.
• Utilizes high-level assessment skills to design and ensure multidisciplinary patient care to meet holistic needs, incorporating established practice guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Adheres to specific hospital policy and procedures.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Current KY Provisional License in the state of Kentucky or Kentucky.
• Certifications based on the unit worked:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • BCA
  • LTA
  • 12 Lead EKG
  • Patient Deterioration
  • NIH Stroke
