Position Overview

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Protocol Support Specialist to assist the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Candidate will work closely with NSIC senior leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing high visibility events. Candidates must be proficient in standard office software applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions.



Responsibilities

    Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute high visibility events
  • Receive and process requests, staff for approval, and prepare agendas
  • Reserve event venues, parking, billeting as needed
  • Solicit and manage briefers and presentations
  • Liaise with NASIC and 88th Air Base Wing protocol offices
  • Represent NSIC at cross organizational planning events
  • Schedule and facilitate a weekly NSIC distinguished visitor planning meeting, track status of all planned visits and associated tasks
  • Adaptable to diverse operations tempo
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years relevant experience in event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with United States Space Force (USSF) and Intelligence Community organization, mission, roles, and responsibilities


Global Comp

$65,000 - $80,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
