What we are looking for:
A driven and mission focused Church Portfolio Managerto optimize church mobilization efforts by overseeing key cultivation efforts like moves management, church revenue, and data analysis and prospecting to support the work of relationship managers and church recruitment teams. You will ensure that data integrity is maintained and work closely with IT to develop and implement database and dashboard improvements/strategies for team insight purposes.

Expectations of this role:

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and supportthe ministry through prayer and actions
• Work closely with Sr. Director, Church Partnerships to optimize moves management strategy and business rules
• Manage data and processes to ensure that new accounts, ongoing data updates, and donations are accurate and complete
• Act as POC for church account triage ensuring that nuanced scenarios are handled with discretion
• Maintain expertise on portfolio management best practices
• Support and work in collaboration with guest list development and invitation mailing for special events

• 3+ years demonstrated experience managing donor database and performing data analysis and other operational management
• Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework
• Excellent knowledge and highly proficient in Excel and Salesforce; proficient in Word andOutlook.
• Strong background in data analysis and development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• This is a remote/work from home position with a 5% travel component

Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $62,000 and $72,000.
