COCC is currently seeking a Core Sales Territory Manager to cover the Northeastern United States Market. This position is responsible for new business development and deploying the tactics and strategies necessary to meet annual sales objectives of the company.

What you'll do...



  • Identify and develop new COCC core bank sales opportunities in the Northeast
  • Develop sales plans for targeted accounts
  • Manage prospects from initial contact through contract execution
  • Cultivate Executive relationships and understand the prospects' business needs and long-term strategic goals. Use knowledge of prospect needs and goals to tailor demonstrations that highlight COCC's value proposition while meeting the prospect's business objectives.
  • Manage, review and deliver sales proposals, contracts and other documents
  • Interact with industry business partners, consultants and centers of influence
  • Provide the senior management team with accurate and timely reporting of activities including weekly and monthly sales forecasts, the status of the sales pipeline and results of prospecting activities
  • Participate in industry trade events


What you'll bring...



  • A Bachelor's degree in business marketing, economics or related field, is preferred but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business-to-business sales experience selling to the "C" level required
  • A strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and understand complex enterprise software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong Understanding or at least three years of Banking and Credit Union industry and operations
  • Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)
  • Professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal are required
  • Must be willing to travel extensively


Salary range for this role is $77,000-$100,000K /annually
