Position Title: Packager
Wage: $16.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 5:00 AM-5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) QPS Employment Group is hiring a Packager for a company in South Beloit IL. Packager Responsibilities: - Must be able to perform a number of varied tasks associated with the packaging of food products - Perform tasks at a continual and regular speed in accordance with general line production speed - Packaging various food products, packaging pallets and operating a tape gun and stretch wrap dispenser to prepare orders for shipment - Follow all company guidelines, rules, safety, and GMP policies and procedures - Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement - Maintain a clean and orderly work area - Continuously monitor product for quality issues Requirements For Packager: - Must be able to stand the entire shift (8 - 10 hours) - Must be able to use hands to grasp repetitively - Must be able to reach with hand and arms - Must be able to regularly lift 10 to 20lbs and occasionally lift up to 40lbs - Must posses strong basic math skills, and be able to read and write - GED/HSED preferred, but not required - Ability to read and understand English - Must be able to function in a structure cGMP environment QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
