WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications) [multiple levels]:
- Business Systems Analyst III: $65,000 - $85,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Consultant I: $72,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Consultant II: $82,500 - 120,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead project teams through all stages, from planning and business case development to requirements gathering, delivery, and measurement, supporting technology and business process improvements within the Direct Sales Center.
- Identify key success metrics for the organization, collecting, organizing, and presenting data in clear, understandable formats for all levels of the business.
- Leverage tools like Tableau and Excel to analyze and present data, providing insights that help drive decision-making and communicate a cohesive story.
- Establish and maintain clear communication with vendors, leadership, and end users, providing regular updates on project progress and ensuring alignment throughout initiatives.
- Provide ongoing reporting and status updates on project efforts, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience with business analysis techniques, tools, and system operations. Knowledge of workflow analysis, business system terminology, and process implementation/redesign.
- Experience with project management processes and tools. Ability to organize and deliver tasks and/or projects timely.
- Understands and considers both the business and the technical processes and needs to meet/exceed the desired business objectives.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Exposure to continuous process improvement/operational excellence practices.
- You help promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- You are able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection, and are located in the United States or Puerto Rico

PREFERRED:
- Knowledge of insurance products, the insurance industry, related legislation, and business operation procedures and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK).
