Health & Group Benefits Consultants are an integral part of the overall client management and client relationship function in Milliman's Employee Benefits Consulting practice. The successful candidate will have at least ten years of Health & Welfare actuarial and consulting experience, with a strong working knowledge of benefits design, delivery, financing, and strategy. This full-time, hybrid position will be part of a team supporting the delivery of consulting projects as well as maintaining existing and growing new client relationships. This position will include support of the multiemployer employee benefits market as well as potentially public and or corporate clients. The Team The EB Consulting practice provides actuarial and consulting services for multiple industries, for actives and retirees and for Corporate, Public and Multiemployer Plans. This practice works with several key types of clients organized into the following lines of business:
Location Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work in-person in the New York, NY or Little Falls, NJ Milliman offices on a weekly basis, but flexible work arrangements will be considered for our hybrid environment.
