Acadia Healthcare is seeking an IT Operations Manager - Systems to join the team!

Location: This is an onsite position in Franklin, TN

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

The IT Manager - Systems is responsible for managing and leading the Systems Team. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands on involvement to ensure the technology backbone of our organization supports business operations efficiently and securely.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of system engineers fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and empathy.
  • Develop and execute IT strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on systems scalability, reliability and security.
  • Plan and execute projects related to systems, including hardware and software upgrades, migrations, updates and deployments.
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the Enterprise including email, backup, storage, servers, endpoints and other environments.
  • Manage the inventory and lifecycle of all hardware and software assets.
  • Work closely with IT senior leadership team members, decision makers, and other business stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
  • Work closely with IT Project Management team members and other business stakeholders on large scale projects to ensure IT success of the project.
  • Work closely with Incident, Change, Knowledge and Problem Managers and help develop process, and help establish ITIL foundational aspects within Acadia IT.
  • Develop and maintain a central source of information for all responsible systems.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of five years working experience and advanced proficiency in Windows and system development.
  • Minimum of five years working experience and advanced proficiency in Enterprise level backup solutions.
  • Minimum of five years working experience and advanced proficiency in Enterprise level virtual environments.
  • Minimum of three years working experience and advanced proficiency in MS Azure and O365.
  • Minimum of two years in a management/leadership position.
  • Working experience with Enterprise MDM solutions.
  • Working experience with CMDB and IT Asset Management.
  • Working experience with Azure, GCP, AWS and other cloud computing platforms.
  • People management experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and to effectively communicate with staff at all levels including a proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience with privacy legislation e.g. HIPPA.
  • High competency in understanding queries, comments, suggestions and concerns or issues expressed by participants during meeting, technical committees, and as part of ongoing operations.
  • Excellent presentation skills and an ability to engage audiences.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior problem solving ability.
  • Exceptional analytical, statistical, quantitative, and deduction skills.
  • Ability to act independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build relationships and work well across functions.
