SUPPLY CHAIN RELIABILITY ENGINEER (PROCESSING QUALITY) The Supply Chain Reliability Engineering Quality team is chartered with proactive quality evaluations of the supply base, reducing supply chain risk through assessing and monitoring suppliers and proactively driving needed supplier improvements. As a Supply Chain Reliability Engineer, you would ensure suppliers are assessed to determine if they continue to meet SpaceX technical and production requirements. You would review supplier quality performance, identify risks and opportunities around the manufacturing processes and services through supplier audits and assessments. You would be responsible for identifying and prioritizing opportunities for improvement, and working with internal and external team members to lead the resulting projects to completion. You would be dealing with suppliers that support all areas of launch (Falcon, Dragon, Starship) at SpaceX. You would build an extensive network within design engineering, build reliability, production, and supply chain management, and a deep understanding of SpaceX systems and processes. This experience would enable you to become a critical voice in the development of group and company strategy. To be successful, you will need:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay range: Supply Chain Reliability Engineer/Level I: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00/per year Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
