The Project Manager is responsible for providing agency support as the communication link between the Project Management, Creative, and Account Services teams. The Project Manager is responsible for routing projects through all agency departments for review, changes and approval. He/She will monitor project schedules as it relates to these tasks and assist as needed with project status reporting and other related activities.

Responsibilities:

* Schedule work start meetings.

* Create project job numbers.

* Stay abreast of projects and follow up on established due dates.

* Route files and proofs through appropriate agency personnel to prepare for client review and final approval.

* Monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery of agency deliverables.

* Create and update project and client status reports.

* Meet regularly to keep project teams well-informed.

* Submit files and proofs, either electronically or hard copies, to Account Executives for client review and final approval.

* Assist with new business RFQ & RFP routing, as needed.

Qualifications:

* General understanding of project management principals.

* Displays resiliency while working under pressure, in a dynamic environment, with shifting deadlines and deliverables.

* Developing communication skills - written, verbal, text, etc.

* Logical thinker and problem-solver with developing ability to collaborate towards a solution.

Education & Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration or Marketing/Advertising. *Must be fluent in Korean

* 1-3 years of business experience in project management or relevant professional experience.

* Previous agency experience is a plus.

* Experience with MS Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

MRM//McCann is seeking an Associate Project Manager. We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, who is eager to learn about and enhance their abilities in the area of Project Management.

Responsibilities:

* Facilitate and/or manage projects with cross-functional teams including: Creative, Technology, QA, User Experience/Information Architecture, Production, and Performance & Analytics.

* Responsible for project managing multiple small-scale, low-complexity, web-based solutions in a deadline driven environment.

* Conduct and/or support effective meetings with clients, senior personnel and team members, providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.

* Develop/manage project scope documents, related schedules/project plans, project resource requirements and staffing assignments.

* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members, agency partners and vendors.

* Leverage strong verbal and written communication skills to begin acting as a liaison between the client, agency, and team.

Qualifications:

* Emerging ability to shift approach between the big picture and critical details; then begin to develop judgement to know when to focus on each.

* Developing interpersonal skills demonstrated with clients, agency teams and individuals.

* Problem/solution thinker with a developing ability to collaborate, persuade and negotiate toward solutions.

* Displays resiliency while working under pressure, in a dynamic environment, with shifting deadlines and deliverables.

* Solid communication skills - written, verbal, text, etc.

* Establishing project management skills and experience including:

o Schedule development, management, monitoring and oversight

o Resource management and forecasting

o Task and delivery management

o Risk identification and management

o Issue identification and management

Education & Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience desired.

* 6 months to 2 years of experience in project management or relevant professional field.

* Experience with MS Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Awareness of MS Project or other project plan software (i.e. Smartsheet) preferred.

* Familiarity with the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting).
