Description & Requirements
Busy office has immediate need for fast-paced individual eager to learn. Will be responsible for administrative and client support for a Louisville-based company providing on-site and web-based educational services to the financial institution industry. Candidate should have a positive, willing attitude and be able to coordinate and work well with other team members. Duties include performing administrative tasks related to seminar/webinar program scheduling, marketing efforts, database entry, client product support, and other related administrative and operational duties.
How you will contribute:
  • Perform data entry into various systems for reporting and tracking of operations
  • Entry into Momentus registration system and learn reporting features
  • Provide daily communications and support to the Education team
  • Answer Education support line and monitor dedicated emails to assist clients with registrations, confirmations, receipts, program inquiries, etc
  • Enter and process payments for registrations and fulfillment orders as well as subscription billing orders
  • Perform other administrative and clerical tasks of Education operations, such as submitting programs and topic information for CPE approval
  • Monitor/track registration and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor email marketing and informational notifications
  • Track registration counts on daily/weekly basis and schedule additional marketing based on counts and availability
  • Enter and maintain educational program information on company's website
  • Proofreading
  • Assist Operations Manager and Managing Director with operational tasks as assigned.
  • Provide support to team and business development executives
  • Perform demonstrations of software products for clients
  • Provide client assistance and onboarding tasks for new clients

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma required. Some college preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel software applications
  • Advanced level of Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, Spreadsheets)
  • Ability to use Adobe Acrobat is a plus
  • Ability to use Canva is a plus
