About the Role

As our Property Management Marketing Specialist, you will develop, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence and drive occupancy rates. You'll collaborate with various teams, manage advertising contracts, and create compelling marketing content that aligns with our strategic goals.

What to Expect in This Role:


  • Implement and manage marketing campaigns across digital, video, and print platforms.
  • Develop engaging content for websites, email campaigns, social media, blog posts, and advertisements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and RealPage.
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts by tracking key performance metrics (traffic, occupancy, closing ratios, etc.).
  • Manage relationships with vendors, advertising partners, and internal teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update property websites and social media accounts to ensure brand consistency.
  • Lead internal marketing training initiatives and develop standardized operational marketing procedures.


What We're Looking For:


  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred; 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in multifamily affordable housing is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative & Detail-Oriented: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible & Adaptable: Ability to travel occasionally (overnight stays as needed).
