Field Services Supervisor

We're hiring a Field Services Supervisor to join our Reactor Services team in Madison, PA. Thiscandidate will be responsible for the organization of field projects, and supervision of technicians both in the field and in the office. The candidate should have strong organization skills, as they will be expected to manage multiple services at the same time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management of field projects at customer sites
• Supervision of technicians, both in the field and in the office
• Troubleshooting
• Service nuclear power plants
• Travel 25% of the year, including international

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree required
  
  
  
  • Degree in Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering preferred
  
  
  
  
• 5 years of experience required, 8+ years strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to gain and maintain clearances for Nuclear Power Plants
